OUR PROGRAM WAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT
                                             ADVOCACY DAY AT THE CAPITAL!

Tamra Farah, Chair of the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado Advocacy Day at the Capital on February 21, brought us all the wonderful details of the day. You will remember that this event is one of three from the breakout sessions at our Symposium in October. We were very grateful for Tamra's volunteering to lead this very important occasion, you were amazed at all the terrific support she has gathered, including iEmpathize! WE HEARD ALL THE DETAILS!!

Tamra Farah is a devoted wife, mother and community organizer. She has served as the women's ministry leader at Celebration Church Colorado since 2006, with an emphasis on building life-giving relationships among women, community outreach to women and children in need, and engaging in modern day justice issues, like anti-human trafficking efforts. Tamra and her husband Barry were part of the steering committee to establish The Classical Academy Charter School. She served on The Classical Academy High School Accountability Committee, brought The Kind Campaign assembly to the school to combat bullying among girls, and served on the District 20 Accountability Committee for several years. Tamra spearheaded a backyard bible club outreach for children that started with 30 children and grew to 600 children served through her church the following year.

We also learned about Human Trafficking Awareness Month - January; and plans in place for ARTREACH. These were the other two events that resulted from the breakout sessions at the Symposium in October. By now, you should have received information about the first one, if not, check out FACEBOOK page for details - lots going on!!

BY THE WAY, WE HAVE RECEIVED OUR 501 C 3 LETTER FROM THE IRS!!!
