February 20, 2014 - Advocacy Day

The 2nd Annual
Human Trafficking Advocacy & Awareness Day
February 20, 2014

We welcome you to join us for the 2nd Annual Human Trafficking Advocacy and Awareness Day at the Colorado State Capitol, sponsored by the Human Trafficking Task Force of Southern Colorado on Thursday, February 20th.

We encourage you to join us for as much of the day as possible, and to invite family, friends, and colleagues as well.

Human Trafficking Advocacy Day will begin with a Legislative Breakfast at 7:30 am, and the program will run until 1:15 pm. In addition to the events with legislators we will have an all-day display by iEmpathize, as well as tables providing information on the efforts of various groups around Colorado working had to stop human trafficking. The Rally on the West Steps will begin at 12:30 pm. If this is the only event you are able to attend, we recommend arriving to the Capitol around noon.

For an overview of Human Trafficking Advocacy Day, please see linked flyer. Feel free to forward, print, post or distribute this flyer. The more citizens that attend even part of the Day shows the strength of your support to end modern day slavery right here in the state of Colorado.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Kittrick Smith: kittricksmith@gmail.com

We are looking forward to a very successful day.
